This morning for a laugh I tried on my fav jeans that I havent been able to get into from I got pregnant....THEY FIT!!!!!!!!!! I didnt have to lie down or anything to get them on



I went in to get my glasses fixed, the leg was a bit out to one side and they were falling off me. So the woman checked them and said 'Oh Lisa, youve lost weight!' and Im like 'Ummmm yeah about a stone/stone and a half.' She told me my glasses dont fit no more cos Ive lost weight! Woooohooooo!

How about that for a day!

oh hun dont! im doing the 3 day diet 3 days a week, its fucking murder! im on it today and hes at work and im dying of hunger!!!! i hate doing it when theres noone in the house cos i snack when bored. BUT! Shiny told me to dry roast sunflower seeds and put soy sauce on them and i did and mixed them with sultana when i tool them outta the pan and oh my word such a lovely snack and no guilt! i have a tub of it in the cupboard! im gonna add sesame seeds to it toooooooooooooooooooooooooooo the smell is to die for, i open the pot just to smell it lol

they're yum!

you can do it with pumpkin seeds too but they pop a bit like popcorn so you have to watch 'em!!

funny i was looking at the pumpkin seeds today but i dunno if they are nice

they're tasty too but my fav is the sunflowers
