ive lost a total of 10 lbs to date, but thats just be being daft and weighing myself every day. just have to see what thurs brings, not updating the ticker til then. today is the last day if the 3day diet and tomorrow is just back to what i was eating, i was loosing weight rather quickly since i cut out chinese and pizza at night so phil recons that i dont eat enough during the day to sustain my weight otherwise i wouldnt be loosing weight. then again you know i dont eat much anyways lol
